right in your hangar provide maximum convenience. Insulation
and gas heating, bright lighting, smooth concrete floors
make hangaring a breeze. When you add being at the Akron
area's most accessible airport it's a hands-down winner.
Because you will own your
hangar, you or the company you form to own the hangar
can build equity rather than paying rent making this
a worthy investment. The tax advantages add additional
value. With ownership, you always have the option to
rent or sell your hangar and recoup the dollars you
would have paid in rent. So why rent when you can own?
Financing is available. When you figure it all out at
year end totalling your monthly payments, but then then
subtracting the allowable deductions, it really doesn't
make sense to rent when you can own. A 20% downpayment
is required. Amortization is over 20 years. And you
will own your hangar up to 90 years in accordance with
the ground lease so there are about 3-4 generations
of flying for high resale in the future. When you do
the math and consider future resale, ownership is the
way to go, and you'll have full amenities to boot not
available at standard rental units.

hangar building is the Flight Planning Center and Club
Room overlooking the runway. This executive class facility
offers conference room, lounge, restrooms, and computer/satellite
