Does your airport need T-hangars or wish to affiliate with Airspace Place? We are interested in working with county and city-owned airport managers and tenants to build other Airspace Place projects. Projects can include simple T-hangar-only buildings to multi-phase developments including a Flight Planning Center and Club. We would welcome local involvement in either a partnership or consulting arrangement.

Besides offering bricks and mortar construction know-how, marketing the airport and new hangars to the local aviation and business community is vital to this success. Based on our upfront research, we are committed to providing the right solution for the airport, its users, and the community. It is no secret there are a lot of dilapidated old hangars out there. It is not uncommon to find a $100,000 airplane setting in a rusty steel building full of holes and ready to fall down. At many airports the amount charged for hangar rent has not kept pace with inflation. The result -- unsightly buildings, little or no maintenance, and no new construction, because there is no money available due to sub-market rents. Whether the need is for quality basic hangars, our revolutionary deluxe hangars, or a combination thereof, Airspace Place Ltd. provides quality with integrity for all we do.

Scenario #1:
Airspace Place Ltd. will supply all funding plus construction marketing, sales and legal know-how towards making the project successful. Our local partner would assist in obtaining the groundlease and being the local liason to help coordinate the project with the local governing body and pilots. As compensation for the time involved, the local partner could receive a credit towards purchase of a hangar or some other monetary compensation.

Scenario #2:
The same as above except the local partner would be an investor in the project and obtain an equity position up to 49% of the total project.

Scenario #3:
The local partner would be responsible for funding the entire project and coordinating nearly all aspects with the assistance of Airspace Place Ltd. Our role would be of a consultant offering a turnkey how-to program including lease negotiation, construction planning, sourcing specialized components, sales and marketing, and start-up. The local entity would receive a license for the Airspace Place registered trademark and the local club would follow the overall guidelines. As compensation for the above, Airspace Place, Ltd. would receive a percentage of the sales.

Friendly Destinations
One overall goal is to have Airspace Place Aviation Clubs throughout the region or country. Using their prox reader access card, Members of one Airspace Place club would have access to other club facilities and amenities 24/7 wherever they might land. For instance, a member of the Akron club would be able to use all the facilities of the Cincinnati club, or one in Pennsylvania. By having "friendly destinations" with courtesy cars, on-field fuel discount privileges, etc. there can be a great deal of benefit and convenience for all concerned.
